Meet the E3 IT Team
Randy M Carbone
Managing Partner
Randy is a graduate of Drexel University with a degree in Information Services. Randy started his first IT business, RC Computers LLC, as part of the Drexel Co-op program back in 1986! Through multiple generations of computer technology over the past 30 years, he kept up with the latest in IT services and best of breed products for his clientele. Randy holds certifications from Microsoft and Cisco as well as many training certificates from leaders in the technology industry. As part of E3 IT Services, he continues to provide cost effective solutions to small businesses in the South Jersey/Philadelphia area. When he is not assisting clients with their technology issues, he can be found down the shore on his boat.
Ronald J Oppermann Jr.
EVP of Sales & Marketing
Ron founded Tek-CAD LLC in 2000 to service the small to medium sized business market in Southern New Jersey. Over the last 19 years using his engineering experience as well as his technology knowledge, the company grew and expanded its service offerings. Continuing with E3 IT Services, Ron’s leadership and project management experience has allowed expansion into servicing municipalities as well as a larger group of commercial businesses within the South Jersey/Philadelphia region. Ron enjoys spending time with his wife and three children and can be seen shooting a game of pool here or there.
Ryan Sullender
Operations Manager
Ryan started with us straight out of the Anthem Institute back in 2011. Being a Microsoft Certified Professional as well as having A+ and N+ certifications he was a great addition to the company. Over the past 8+ years Ryan has completed his Associates in Computer Science and greatly expanded his technical knowledge. As head of most deployments and support, he has taken a lead role supporting our clients. Ryan and his wife enjoy Eagles games and at times Ryan can be seen online as a Simulation Racer
Thomas Carrocino
Solutions Engineer
Thomas Carrocino is our newest team member starting with E3 IT in early 2021. Tom will be supporting our clients with desktop support, server implementations and full cloud environments. Tom has a B.S. from Neumann University. Tom also has his N+ certificate from CompTia and is working on completing his Security+ certification soon. Tom has a background in accounting and a passion for IT. He enjoys hiking, rock climbing and snowboarding. Tom married his long-time girlfriend in 2021 and currently cares for his new puppy.
Justin Billman
Solutions Engineer
Justin started getting into IT from a very young age. In high school, he started out as a self-taught micro soldering/board technician at a local electronics repair shop. After his time there he graduated Millville Highschool top %10 in his class. Through that, he was awarded a full scholarship for the first two years of college, where he is pursuing a bachelor’s in engineering of technology at Rowan. During this time, he was doing freelance work. Justin is continuing to study for multiple certifications while in college. His experience and eagerness to learn helps bring satisfaction and quality solutions to our clients. During his free time, you would find him playing video games.
Alex Wills
Solutions Engineer
Alex has always had an interest in computers ever since he was little. His first computer was an old laptop his father brought home with no screen, so he plugged it into the TV to use. Ever since then he gravitated towards building computers, studying their hardware, and playing games on them. This passion then brought him to Cumberland County Community College to earn his associates in Cybersecurity and then push forward for his bachelor’s in computing and informatics with a concentration in Cybersecurity. As a student, Alex was able to hone his skills as an intern and eventually full-time employee for a local government. As member of E3 IT Services Alex is looking to expand his education and achieve his Network and Security + certifications along with completing his MS-900. Outside of work you will find Alex either hanging out with my friends playing games online or enjoying time with his Fiancé. They are both very excited to get a house soon!
Dante Corso
Solutions Engineer
Dante started getting into IT and computers at a young age. From High School taking various programming classes as well as building computers and troubleshooting them. After his time there he graduated from Rowan University with a bachelor’s degree in computer science with a concentration in Network Engineering. During this time, he was also doing full stack development, and networking. Dante is continuing to study for multiple CompTIA certifications such as Security+, Network+, and A+. During his free time, you would find him building websites or playing video games.
Christopher Acanda-Smart
Solutions Engineer
Chris started his IT career back in 2018 but has been passionate about computers since high school. He has IT experience within the healthcare industry and the nonprofit sector. He has achieved obtaining CompTIA A+, Net+, and Sec+ certifications as well as obtaining the MS-900. His current objective is to pursue a degree in Information Technology to earn his BS. Outside of E3 IT Services, he likes to spend time with his friends or finding new recipes to try with his girlfriend.
